Darn technology, press one wrong button and you lose your post!
Lucky it was a short one.
I'm feeling ok after over-whelming self-examination now that I have spent the weekend with Beefcake chatting, watching TV/Videos, doing a bit of housework and listening to music.
I still have some thinking to do but I can do it in more manageable pieces in my own time.
